First Christian Church (Disciples of
Christ) of Tacoma, Washington, is part of the Christian Church
(Disciples of Christ). In one sentence by Thomas Campbell (one of
the founding fathers of our faith), the basis for our ideas about
Christian community and the way the Church should look and operate is
described: "The Church of Christ upon earth is essentially,
intentionally, and constitutionally one." Although each church is
congregationally governed, we join our brothers and sisters in the
Christian Churches, here and around the world, in support of the many
and varied ministries of our denomination, both nationally and

NORTHWEST REGIONAL CHRISTIAN CHURCH
Called by God and sent by the Living Christ, we the Northwest Regional
Christian Church intentionally engage with one another rejoicing in our

(Disciples of Christ), Zephyr is the site of summer camps, retreats, and
conferences in the eastern part of the Region.
